On October 23, 2025, the Conference of the Committee on Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw took place under the title “The Rule of Law in Poland: The Road to Restoring Constitutional and European Standards”.
During the event, participants analyzed the socio-cultural foundations of the rule of law and subsequently assessed the constitutional guarantees of the rule of law and the scope of remedial actions.
