Continuing the regular series of doctoral seminars held within the Chair of Transnational Law, on 20 November 2025 the participants had the opportunity to listen to a presentation entitled ‘Law as a Vehicle of Goals: A Teleological Approach to EU Energy Policy’, delivered by Stanisław Ośka-Gorzeliński.
The talk focused on an analysis of the axiology of European Union energy law using logical methods as an alternative to the use of natural language.
