The Second Seminar in the ‘Transnational Talks: On Law That Crosses Borders’ Series

On 15 January 2026, a seminar of the Chair of Transnational Law took place, during which a presentation entitled ‘Procedural Autonomy 50 Years after Rewe: Between EU Harmonisation and National Practice in Asylum Cases’ was delivered by Hubert Bekisz from the European University Institute in Florence. The discussion during the meeting was moderated by Professor Robert Grzeszczak.

The seminar was the second in the ‘Transnational Talks: On Law that Crosses Borders’ series.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Hubert Bekisz for delivering the paper and to all participants for their attendance and active participation in the discussion.
