On 9 March 2026, a seminar of the Chair of Transnational Law entitled “Public enforcement of consumer collective interests in Poland in the context of the EU law – the clash between the ‘law in books’ and the ‘law in action'” took place, led by Dr. Jagna Mucha.
The starting point for the discussion was a presentation of the results of a research project of the same title, funded by the National Science Centre (NCN) under the SONATA programme (no. 2020/39/D/HS5/01115), headed by Dr. Mucha.
